6 Year Old Philipe From Uganda

I want to introduce 6 year old Philipe. I couldn't help myself and went ahead and sponsored him through Love Mercy Uganda. I had a choice between him and a baby named Joshua. Through God all things are possible. I hope to make a difference in Philipe's life. :) Goodness I love those dimples.
